Echoes of Africa, TOUR 1 (Kenya & Victoria Falls)

The Great Migration at Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru lets you tick your Big Five list amid raw wildlife drama. At Victoria Falls, the sheer force of nature creates a stage for mist and giant rainbows. Namibia shifts the pace, from the otherworldly Quiver Tree Forest to the fiery dunes of Sossusvlei and Big Daddy, the stark beauty of Deadvlei, and the ancient depths of Sesriem Canyon, before desert sands meet the Atlantic at Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. For flexibility, you may choose to participate in the full tour or join either Tour 1 (Kenya & Victoria Falls) or Tour 2 (Namibia).

| [ Day 1 ] | Flight from Kuala Lumpur > Nairobi, Kenya Arrive in Nairobi and check into a hotel for 1 night. Dinner at a famous local restaurant. Overnight in Nairobi. |
| [ Day 2 ] | Nairobi > Maasai Mara After breakfast, drive through the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara. Afternoon check into at safari lodge, then enjoy an evening game drive at 4pm. Overnight in Maasai Mara. |
| [ Day 3 ] | MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE Full day safari across the savannah, following wildebeest herds and searching for the Big Five. Picnic lunch in the reserve. Overnight in Maasai Mara. |
| [ Day 4 ] | Maasai Mara > Lake Nakuru After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara with optional visit to a Maasai village (US$20). Scenic drive through valleys before arriving at Lake Nakuru. Overnight in Lake Nakuru.. |
| [ Day 5 ] | Lake Nakuru NP > Nairobi Morning bird watching in Lake Nakuru NP, home to white rhinos, pelicans, and varied birdlife. After lunch, return to Nairobi. Check into a hotel for 2 nights. Overnight in Nairobi. |
| [ Day 6 ] | NAIROBI Visit the Giraffe Centre to feed giraffes, then shop and enjoy lunch at Utamaduni Artisan Market. In the afternoon, join a jewellery workshop at Kazuri Bead Factory. Overnight in Nairobi. |
| [ Day 7 ] | Nairobi > Victoria Falls Take an 8-hour flight (via transit) to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Check into a hotel for 2 nights, the rest of the day is free and easy. Overnight in Victoria Falls. |
| [ Day 8 ] | VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE After breakfast, visit Victoria Falls National Park and experience the spray of the mighty Zambezi River. Optional helicopter ride over the falls is available (US$130). Overnight in Victoria Falls. |
| [ Day 9 ] | Victoria Falls > Kuala Lumpur After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home. End of Tour 1.
For those wishing to extend, optional side trips include Chobe National Park in Botswana (US$120), the Zambian side of Victoria Falls, or the adventurous Devil’s Pool experience. For those who wish to continue the adventure, Tour 2 begins in Namibia, journeying south from Windhoek to the Quiver Tree Forest, into the fiery dunes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei, and finally to the Atlantic coast at Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. PRICE DETAIL
Tour Fee Includes:
• Accommodation (a combination of hotel, lodge and campsite)
• Flight Nairobi (Kenya) > Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe), extra will be refunded
• Land transport for travel between towns and borders
• Site visit entrance fees as indicated in the itinerary
• Meals in Maasai Mara Safari Tour (Day 2-5)
Tour Fee Excludes:
• Flight KL > Nairobi (Kenya), Victorial Falls (Zimbabwe) > KL. Once the trip is confirmed, IWTP will provide tour members with flight details for self-purchase online
• Meals (estimated at RM1400, RM200 per day)
• Tipping for the local guide and city tour
• Expenses during free time or optional activities
• International travel insurance
• Visa application fees
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of RM 8,000 is required to secure the booking (unless the tour is canceled by IWTP). The balance fee must be paid by the booking deadline or when the tour is fully booked.
