The travel tour booked with I Want To Play Sdn Bhd (IWTP) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

[ Tour ] All IWTP tours are listed on Iwanttoplay365.com. You are required to read, understand, and agree to these terms before booking.

[ Tour Fee ] The tour package is quoted per person in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). IWTP reserves the right to adjust the fee as needed.

[ Tour Booking ] All bookings must be made through WhatsApp call or text. Upon payment of the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp text only.

[ Booking Fee ] A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking, unless cancellation is initiated by IWTP.

[ Full Fee Payment ] The full tour fee must be paid before the tour departure. Members will be notified for the balance collection. Failure to complete the payment will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

[ Tour Cancellation & No Show ]

• If a tour member wishes to withdraw after full payment, IWTP may consider a partial refund based on a case-by-case review.
• If a visa application is rejected prior to departure, costs incurred for tour arrangements will apply if the tour member opts to cancel and seek a refund.
• Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp call followed by text.

[ Itinerary Amendment ] Itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond IWTP’s control.

[ Travel Documents ] Tour members must obtain a valid passport and visa before departure. IWTP is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to do so.

[ Travel Insurance ] Tour members must purchase travel insurance before departure. IWTP is not responsible for any losses incurred.

[ T&C Amendment ] IWTP reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please check our website for any updates before booking.
