As someone who adores books and has a mountain of them at home, my first glimpse of Huaca Pucllana sparked a whimsical idea: what if each adobe brick was a book, creating a pyramid of knowledge? Located in the heart of Miraflores, this adobe-brick pyramid was once a central hub for the Lima civilization’s administration and ceremonies. During my visit, I couldn’t resist imagining the bricks as books being pulled from a shelf, which made the ancient site even more enthralling.
